The staff was nice and attentive .
Unfortunately, the area around the hotel felt very unsafe. Every morning, there were alarming scenes of drug addicts just outside. It hampered our experience and made us uneasy, with constant reminders of the surrounding environment that wasn't suited for families.

This hotel was an absoluteley disappointing experience. The check-in staff had no idea we were coming and the room size was laughable. I woudl ve been thrilled to receive a complimentary breakfast, but alas, that didn't happen. If only the surrounding area didn't feel like a scene from a horror movie, i might have almost given a good review.
